Yes. As a tester, I feel very proud when I find out major bugs and manage to isolate the steps to reproduce them. Also, because QA is a unique department really urging team work, my good collaboration with other team members makes me feel successful. Very recently, I was assigned for some testing exclusively for PSP and NDS. After that, I did a presentation before 20 people to explain the procedure and the outcome. The presentation went very well and there were good comments about it, I was very pleased and felt fulfilled. I think these events are great opportunities for us to interact with other teams or departments, and also foster our own team spirit and cooperation. I like the weekly sports events where I enjoy the exercise and more importantly the chance to interact with colleagues from other departments. I also particularly enjoyed the Mid-Autumn dinner or when we all got invited to watch “Transformers” at the movie theatre.

Yes. I am always pleased to be part of a team, successfully complete a high quality project together and get acknowledged by our clients. Also, I created some application tools for my team, and saw they were adapted well and appreciated by my team members… I felt flattered!
