Game College

Virtuos has a tight and exclusive partnership with Game College in Shanghai, one of the most prestigious Chinese training organizations for students showing a strong desire to enter the video games industry.

Top-performing pupils from Game College can join a special Art class named Virtuos Employment Training. Under the terms of this unique partnership, Virtuos is involved in selecting the students, and key senior staff from Virtuos will conduct training during a period of 4 months directly on Game College's premises. Virtuos will reimburse the tuition of any pupil joining the company after going through the Virtuos Employment Training.

3dsense Media School

Virtuos has established a tight and exclusive partnership with 3dsense Media School a subsidiary of famous Singapore School of Interactive Arts 3dsense Media School, another leading training ground for game artists. Named Virtuos – 3dSense Employment Training, this program is the first course in Southwest China to offer intensive training on Next-Gen techniques to art students eager to enter the video games industry.

Trainees

Virtuos has created a paid Trainee Program for fresh Art university graduates. This program gives a way to enter the game industry to selected talented trainee artists with top grades and a strong motivation. A dedicated training manager is in charge of the program at Virtuos. After 3 months, the best trainees will be offered a job as 3D artists at Virtuos.
