Account Manager EMEA - Shanghai
Objective:
Help Virtuos reach its business objectives by leading a sales and marketing activity towards a network of PC and console video games developers in Europe and the Asia-Pacific Area
Responsibility:
Establish a strong long-term sales presence in Europe and Asia, generate increasing awareness and revenue from EMEA clients;
Expand the company's existing network to span all major game studios, generate leads and source potential outsourcing deals;
Evaluate opportunities in cooperation with Production Department, formulate proposals, negotiate and close contracts. Handle clients on-site visits and due diligence process;
Ensure after-sales coordination : hold regular calls or meetings with clients to monitor satisfaction and anticipate on their needs;
Represent Virtuos : build market awareness by representing Virtuos at key industry events
Requirement:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including, ability to make presentations to foreign clients. Fluent English required, working knowledge of another European or Asian language a plus;
Passionate about games. Experience of game development and/or established network within games industry a big plus;
Self-motivated and responsible individual, as demonstrated by past achievements in previous jobs
Must be able to travel frequently;

Training Manager - Shanghai
Responsibility:
Responsible for the strategic oversight of training;
Analyze and evaluate training needs and work with Department Heads on career paths of their staff;
Implement training plan for Virtuos
Evaluate training effectiveness;
Deliver some training programs if necessary;
Build and maintain relationships with external training vendors and other relevant institution;
Identify the training needs for functional departments
Organize a semi-annual training plan of management courses, which are of common interest to all ventures and BU, and select appropriate training providers to implement the training plans.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the training organized and recommend corrective actions if required
Build up a database of good training courses available in China and recommend to mgt and staff when required.
Establish a close cooperation with line managers and provide advice on training issues
Develop and review training policies
Requirement:
Bachelor or Master degree holder;
Minimum of two years previous people management experience and at least 1 year experience of company staff training；
Experience in working with people on different levels
Must have good verbal and written communication skills
Good command of English and Chinese;
Good interpersonal skill, communication skill and project management skill;
Willing to work hard and under pressure.

Responsibility:
1) Making recruiting plan and strategy according to different requirements of departments and projects
2) Scheduling and enforcing kinds of recruiting activities, including campus recruitment (frequent business trip will be needed)
