Accountant
Responsibility:
- Responsible for managing, classifying, sorting out ,archiving sales and purchase contracts, keeping all kinds of materials properly as well.
- Keep good communication with business analysis, sales, product department, checking monthly sales income and invoice.
- Responsible for making all kinds of monthly ,quarterly and yearly statistical excel and reports for sales index.
- Make effective management of receivable accounts of different sales regions and payable accounts of company.
- Communicate with clients effectively and sort out client information.
- Responsible for inputting and sorting out related certificates.
- Assist financial manager in other financial duties.
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in account ,financial management or related, accountant certificates is necessary .
- Good communication in English and expression.
- Good cooperation, carefulness ,strong responsibility ,work under pressure.
- Familiar with office software; good experience in CRM/ERP is a plus.
Assistant European Account Manager
Education
- Advanced level of English and Chinese language skills (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Ability to translate and interpret English/Chinese, Chinese/English.
- Bachelor degree in Marketing or English
Objective:
Expand the business in Europe to reach the business objectives by following a sales activity towards a network of Video/Online games developers in Europe
Responsibilities:
1)Establish a strong long-term sales with part of the European clients, generate increasing awareness and revenue from them
2)Expand the company’s existing network to span major online game studios, generate leads and source potential outsourcing deals.
3)Formulate proposals, negotiate and close contracts. Handle clients on-site visits and due diligence process
4)Ensure after-sales coordination : hold regular calls or meetings with clients to monitor satisfaction and anticipate on their needs.
5) Help the Head of Sales on administrative tasks

Account Manager

3)Evaluate opportunities in cooperation with Production Department, formulate proposals, negotiate and close contracts. Handle clients on-site visits and due diligence process
4)Ensure after-sales coordination : hold regular calls or meetings with clients to monitor satisfaction and anticipate on their needs.
5)Represent Virtuos : build market awareness by representing Virtuos at key industry events.
6) Increase penetration on already existing accounts.
Requirements:
1)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including, ability to present in front of a diverse audience.
2)Passionate about games. Experience of game development and/or established network within games industry a big plus.
3)Self-motivated and responsible individual, as demonstrated by past achievements in previous jobs.
4)Must be able to travel
