I am not invovled in recruiting, however I actually happen to give some trainings to new staffs in our team at the begining of some projects. I get opportunities to communicate with my new co-workers, introduce Virtuos to them, and as well as the software tools. I am very happy to see all of us get on and grow together as a whole team!
