What is the "Path to excellence"?

This program was introduced to the company in 2006. It is the way to help employees to develop their own career growth, which involves four steps, including mentoring, training, exposure and evaluation, to facilitate individual’s success. I am very proud that I was awarded 'Best Virtuoso of the Year' as one of the two winners. The standard for the nominees are judged upon several criteria such as each employee's work efficiency, quality of work, management skills, etc. He/She must be motivated, enthusiastic, care about their own development as well as the growth of our company as a whole.
