All employees here get trained very well. In our department, between 2 projects, the ramp-up staff will be given technical training on new tools, engines, game styles, etc. Or we will organize a discussion to exchange new game concepts and ideas. There is also an English language training course for all Chinese employees, which greatly helps us improve our ability to communicate in English. |
