Managing Director, Art
Andrey first worked as a 3D artist in Video Production and then started his career in the game industry in 2001 by joining Avalon Russia as a lead artist, where he helped ship several titles including Sabotain, Break the Rules and others.
From 2003 to 2006, Andrey worked as a Graphics Director at Nival – Russia’s premier game developer in Russia.
He successfully managed the art of the hit title “Heroes of Might and Magic V”, from conception to completion, after working on a range of PC games such as Day Watch and Blitzkrieg 2.
As Virtuos’ Managing Director – Art Division, Andrey has full responsibilities for orientating the Art Department (R&D, recruitment, and training).
Andrey became the first ever 3D artist in Far-Eastern Russia by graduating from the Far-Eastern State University in Vladivostock with a major in 3D modelling of a physical process.
Managing Director, Games
Christophe is the head of Gamesource, Virtuos’ European arm. Before joining Virtuos, Christophe was the founder and Producing Director (2000-2005) of Babylon Software, a French independent studio specialized in racing games, where he produced Furious Karting (Xbox) and RPM Tuning (Xbox /PS2/ PC). Previously, Christophe was the head of Ubisoft’s Racing GamePlay Department from 1994 to 1999. During his 4 years at Ubisoft, he produced a wide range of racing games, including POD, all F1 Racing series, Speed Devils, etc.
Christophe is working as Executive Producer in charge of all games in development, helping the teams reach the quality bar and offering the possibility to bridge the communication gap with Virtuos’ Western clients.
After graduating from ESTACA, a French automotive engineering school, Christophe worked as an automobile engineer at Renault Sport.
Gilles founded the Company in October 2004. He was previously Worldwide Managing Director of ubi.com, Ubisoft’s online division, responsible for the group’s online strategy and businesses.
Ubisoft built its success on a strategy of distributing development to multiple high-quality / low-cost international production studios. Gilles played a key role in this strategy by setting-up and managing the group’s studios in Shanghai and Beijing from 1997 to 2000. He and his team built these studios into the largest in China at the time, with more than 300 employees.
Gilles entered the gaming industry in 1995 as a Producer, after working 3 years in retailing and management consulting. Educated in France and the UK, Gilles holds a Master degree from HEC, France’s leading Business School.
General Manager, Xi'an
Raina Yu is one of the first producers in Virtuos Chengdu and plays an important role in developing this studio. With a professional art background, Raina is experienced in mobile game development, mobile game publishing and business development.
General Manager, Shanghai
Elijah has 17+ years’ experience of production management and leadership.
Previously he was game director at Crytek and development director at EA.
He was credited on more than 14 AAA titles such as Madden, NCAA, Tiger Woods and Nascar.
General Manager, Chengdu
Tian Li was one of Virtuos' first game producers and released many quality titles with his team. He previously worked at Zynga Beijing and set up his own game studio. Tian Li has solid game industry knowledge and management skills.
Managing Director Black Shamrock, Dublin
Olivier founded Black Shamrock in 2016 and was the founder and managing director of Widescreen Games.
Director of Mergers & Acquisitions
Jon is responsible for managing Virtuos strategic business development. Jon works for activities worldwide and overseas acquisitions & strategic partnership. Jon worked as external development director for SCEE and CEO at Bloomer.
Mobile Studio Director
JB manages Virtuos Mobile Studio in Paris.JB has 17+ years of experience in video game industry. He has evolved from creativity to marketing and strategy, from a game designer to marketing director of a mobile game publisher.
Director of Business Development, Europe & Asia
Philippe, who is supervising client’s relationship in Europe and Asia, followed more than 200 projects at Virtuos since 2009. Philippe is managing a team of 5 different nationalities to do a bridge between our clients and our teams, help our clients increasing their production capacity, while keeping costs under control.
Philippe holds a Bachelor degree in International Trade from the Portsmouth University, a Bachelor degree in Marketing and a Master degree in International Management from KEDGE Business School.
Human Resource Director
Minny is the founder of Virtuos Chengdu branch. She has engineering and management background. She is multi linguistic and internationally experienced in different European and Asian markets.
Jasmine has over 20 years of accounting and finance-related experience, with at least 15 years of leadership and team management experience in different regions and multinational companies. Her last role was CFO of a joint venture between SingPost and Alibaba. Very business oriented, with strong experience in listing, merger and acquisition, she will help shape Virtuos for unlimited growth.
