Dependable console development processes
Delivering on-time and on-budget
Our formal production process yields reliability through solid pre-production, proven technology often combined with our clients’ pipeline, and a 10% onshore / 90% offshore model. We are using agile programming methodologies to ensure that our deliverables focus on playability and also to allow rapid feedback as well as the ability to refine content over a number of iterations. Throughout development, our online project management system provides real-time information on progress and the ability to view deliverables and exchange feedback immediately through online collaboration.
