Shanghai, October 30. Mrs Xu Meihua, Secretary-General of Shanghai Municipal Technology Committee, Mr Lu Jiye, Vice Mayor of Shanghai Changning District, and other leaders from Shanghai Municipal Government and Changning District Government inaugurated the Withub SIBP building and visited Virtuos on October 30, 2006. During their visit, they paid attention to Virtuos’ development, and discussed plans to improve the cooperation between Virtuos and the Government on Talent training, company development and favorite policies. Gilles Langourieux, CEO of Virtuos said : “Shanghai has become a leading international city in the games and software fields and we are lucky to be based here, at the forefront of the outsourcing industry.” Mr Lu Jiye replied : “Through initiatives like our Multimedia center and because of its strong talent pool, Changning actively encourages the development of companies like yours”.
