Virtuos makes debut on XBOX360 at E3 2005

E3 2005 LA was an exceptional occasion for Virtuos to showcase some of its latest work. 2 major games on which Virtuos collaborated extensively were on display at the show. Atari’s first XBOX 360 game, Test Drive Unlimited was a key component of the lineup announced by Microsoft for its new console. TDU is being developed by Atari’s Eden Games Studios which brought the VRally series to life on numerous consoles. One of the strong features of the game is the extreme quality of car exteriors and interiors, which required extensive work from Virtuos. The result is unprecedented realism for in-game rendering. Also noticed at the show was Funcom’s adventure game for the PC, Dreamfall, sequel to the Longest Journey. Virtuos has been working with Funcom for 5 months on the game’s art.
