Shanghai, October 21, 2008 – Today saw the release on PSP of the latest installment in the multi-million selling Crash Bandicoot franchise. Crash: Mind Over Mutant PSP was developed by Virtuos as an adaptation of the Wii version produced by Activison studio Radical.. To ensure fidelity to the core Crash Bandicoot DNA, Virtuos set up a team of PSP specialists based in Virtuos Shanghai who worked in close coordination with the Wii team based in Vancouver. Gamesradar.com gave it a 7/10 and had this to say about the title : “The graphics are superb, with huge draw distances, detailed environments and lavish special effects” ; “It’s unquestionably well designed, with loads of hidden bonuses for those who master the controls and the abilities of the Titans”. With this release, Virtuos demonstrated once again its ability to produce full game titles based off major game IPs.
