Before joining Virtuos, Pan was the Manager of the New Services Department at Linktone (Nasdaq LTON). He was responsible for managing development and launching over 60 mobile games in China, including Tom & Jerry from Cartoon Network, Alpha Wing from Macrospace, Legend of Ninja from Index. His team is also credited for setting up Linktone's 2.5G value added services teams and launching them around China.

He worked from 2002 to 2003 at China HR, China's leading HR portal and consultancy, as head of campus recruiting. Pan's career really started at Ubisoft, where he produced PC, PS2 and Gamecube titles like the F1 Racing series. During his 4 years at Ubisoft, he was also in charge of research on hardware and middleware for PS2 and Gamecube.

Pan Feng holds a Masters degree in Management from Shanghai Institute of Foreign Trade and a Bachelor's degree in Business English
