Andrey is a talented game Art expert coming from a hands-on game development background with extensive experience.

Andrey first worked as a 3D artist in Video Production and then started his career in the game industry in 2001 by joining Avalon Russia as a lead artist, where he helped ship several titles including Sabotain, Break the Rules and others.From 2003 to 2006, Andrey worked as a Graphics Director at Nival – Russia’s premier game developer in Russia. He successfully managed the art of the hit title “Heroes of Might and Magic V”, from conception to completion, after working on a range of PC games such as Day Watch and Blitzkrieg 2.

As Virtuos’ Senior Art Director, Andrey has full responsibilities for orientating the Art Department (R&D, recruitment, and training) as well as directing large scale, Next-Gen Art projects for some of Virtuos’ highest profile clients.

Andrey became the first ever 3D artist in Far-Eastern Russia by graduating from the Far-Eastern State University in Vladivostock with a major in 3D modelling of a physical process.
