Today, she envisions and crafts new worlds and concepts for our clients and lends a part of her creative vision to some of the world’s most popular AAA games. Her background as a photographer has also lent her a unique artistic perspective that she regularly incorporates into her work.

Before joining Virtuos, Jihwan worked as a Software Engineer at a CG studio developing animation tools for artists. He then transitioned to his position as a Codev Success Manager at Virtuos as part of his dream to be in the video game industry.
Today he works closely with our clients in Korea to ensure that projects are delivered on time at the highest quality using the latest tools in the industry.

She then transitioned to working at a studio and moved to Dublin joining Black Shamrock - a Virtuos studio, 3 years ago. Today, she works as a Lead 3D Animator and collaborates with her team to create animations for a variety of AAA games.
"Everyone helps each other out and collaborates to reach the same goals, and the variety of projects and characters I get to animate is exciting."
Today, Eric serves as a Senior Business Development Manager at Virtuos where he plays a big part in building our relationships with clients so we can continue to make games better for more developers. His greatest joy since joining the industry has been travelling the world for work and meeting different people in the industry who he now calls friends.

But as time went on during his studies in game design, Daryl acquired a love for the technical parts of making games. Today, he works with Virtuos to produce new tools and technologies with machine learning for our studios to make games better.

Ever since his first adventure into Super Mario Land on the Game Boy, Marios has been entranced by the wonderful worlds that games allow us to explore. He has since moved on to other games like GoldenEye 007 and World of Warcraft, met people from around the globe, and fell in love with the sense of community.
Today, his extensive experience in the Chinese market helps us work closer with our teams and clients in Asia as we build better games for everyone, everywhere!

When we asked her what game inspired her to join the industry, she mentioned Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice as a big influence citing the sense of empowerment she feels after facing tough challenges and how similar working in the industry makes her feel.
"There was a sense of empowerment that drove me to explore the industry."
Although this fervent gamer is living his dream by helping us make video games better, his amazing skills were born in architectural 3D modeling real life-buildings. His unique experience allows him to think of art not just abstractly, but logically as well.

HARD SKILLS TRAINING
Virtuos is invested in improving the technical skills of our people. Our team members are granted access to internal training classes, designed to nurture fresh graduates in environment and character art. All lessons are developed by Virtuos Art Directors and Technical Leads, with the syllabus based on past actual projects and applications of the industry’s most popular tools and techniques. We also offer a central training fund that supports our people to earn external certifications in aid of their work.
